Gun Control

Some people have been stated to say that guns have made the United States as great as it is today. One thing these people forgot about was that guns do not come with the proper training and care they need. Do you think a child was just handed a gun? No, in the old days the child was trained by their father or mother on how to handle a gun and when to or not to use it.

Number one, the Government is not going to take your guns away! Number two, just like vehicle training, there must be gun training. Wouldn’t you want the person next to you handling a gun to know how to use it? Just look at what happened with Chaney ;-) Just kidding Mr. Vice President.

If the NRA wants to be part of the solution then they need to reach out to our kids by also involving the parents or caregiver. If there is a gun in the child’s home then that child should be properly trained on how to use a gun with respect and discipline!

Most Kids play and love those killing games. Most of these kids play these games without parent supervision. Let’s put the NRA in our schools so there can be more training and discipline taught to these kids, of course with Parent’s approval. Also the NRA experts on the campus should be trained in therapy counseling so they can also pinpoint those students who may need additional counseling for problems they may be experiencing at home or in self.

I know what you’re saying or thinking, “But, that sounds like a witch hunt”. No it is not, please let me explain further. We know there is already a problem out there with kids and guns. What we are not talking about is “why?” If you open your eyes the answer is obvious. Kids are people and people need attention or in other words “Love and Affection!” Understanding the problem is one thing, fixing the problem is another! Some parents don’t know how to be open and honest with their children and that is no excuse because if there is help for these parents then we can help both child and parent to fulfill their inferior gap.

On another note, when you join the Military you aren’t just issued a gun, you train with that gun almost daily depending what unit you’re with. You have to familiarize yourself with your weapon. You are taught safety and humility so that you won’t go and do something stupid. We can’t say it doesn’t ever happen but at least they try to teach.
In the 70s my father was a hunter, Navy Seal Vietnam Veteran. I remember his gun rack on the wall which held a shot gun, my .22, a riffle, and a 70lb bow. He also slept with a 38 special under his pillow in case a burglar broke in to our house. I was taught at four how to hunt and what safety means when firing, cleaning, and carrying a gun. I don’t approve of keeping a weapon where kids can get to it easily but that was the way we lived, it was normal for us.

There are Military style boot camps for teen but do most of you really understood how they worked? They work by giving the child what they need which is discipline, structure, and a family with rules. Most adults need this too but are society hasn’t gone that far yet because we only feel that a child can be helped and an adult is too far stuck in their ways.

I feel that if a child needs it then we adults need it too! Unless you like overcrowded jails and letting our politicians get more fat with cash? I’m just saying… If you don’t understand my point then email me for a reply to your question!

The answer is simple! Here are the vital elements to helping our children reach adulthood. Vehicle training, weapons training, budget training, and skills training. If you can help a young mind master these four elements you may see a big positive difference. None of these work without proper human stimuli meaning “support and understanding!”
